No. MBA Math is usually the prep work (which is optional) before you start your MBA program. It gives you a little knowledge of subjects such as accounting, etc which you will have to take in first year core courses.

It is definitely not going to be of any use for GMAT preparation because GMAT tests the applicants in different areas. Period.
