why isn't the answer ...agreement that would....(i know "them" and "its" is a little akward but I prefered that sentence to the others without ..agreement THAT would...

Furthermore, the part that is not underlined says:....the company required X to sign.....
shouldn't t say: ...the company required X sign......

The boss required stop producing
The boss recommended stop producing.. or am I twisting s.th. here?

"each employee" is singular and can't take "them".
