Hello,

I was struggling btw B & E, the answer is E, but i'm want to know what's the difference btw "because" and "in that" ? what's exactly make the answer be E?

Please help explaining.

Thanks a lot.

im curious on this one because I see B as the answer and want to ask you if you are sure that E is the solution. E sounds a bit wordy!

i double check and the answer is really E.

i went thru the flashcard , one of the card says "in that" is better than "because" ? i think the reason the word "tissues" is repeated again, because the sentence is trying to say "tissues normally found in the organ in which the tumor appears." (but the bone and teeth)

OOOOO .. now i think over it again .. another reason why we have to use "in that" in the sentence .. because it has to be parallel with the "in which" .. so the choices come down to only D&E. the sentence is saying "tissues" found in the organ, but not cancer, or teeth and bone

if we choose B, then we are saying tooth and bones are not normally found in the organ ...

hm .. am i correct ?
Starcy ,, can you help ? Thanks in advance.

If (e) is correct, there's definitely a typo (there's an "as" missing after the "such").
