It may be true, but I've never heard of this rumor - that rumor may have to do with the questions contained within the books and the strengths and weaknesses of the individual(s) who started said rumor. If I'm terrible at geometry and OG10 has 30% more geometry questions than OG11, I will probably perceive OG10 has having "more" difficult questions. The OG10 is an older version of the test with older questions so may not as accurately reflect the current set of problems (compared to OG11).

i was just curious.. bcuz..
i read on another forum from someone who scored in the upper 700's
that the og 11th edition has alot more easier questions.. than hard questions..
and that og 10th. had many harder questions..
so that if you wanna get harder quant practice look at the og 10th..
before i take a look at it.. waz wondering.. about that claim

OG10 was split into three books: OG11, the quant supplement and the verbal supplement. So some of the harder questions that are in OG10 are in OG11 now and some are in the quant supplement - you have to buy both books to get all of the hard questions.
The overlap between OG10 and the three newer books is about 75%. If you already have OG11, you might as well just buy the two supplements rather than OG10.

oh yeah - if you can get a used one very cheaply! Of course, make sure that it hasn't been written in before you buy it!
