The proposal assumes that setting the large ferris wheel will ensure more earning but it fails to consider the safety aspect related to this attraction. Also as the fair is mostly for the small age group it fails to ascertain the fact that such a large and thrilling ride may not attract children of that age group.
The fund raising event proposal also makes an assumption that people will be attracted to the event even if higher entrance fee is charged for the event. This assumption is just based on the fact that expensive prizes and international dishes will be on offer. It fails to make note that in this town people might not pay high entrance fees without any certainty of winning.
Last but not the least proposal also assumes that vendors revenue will be high just based on the various attraction the event is offering. It does not take into account that high cost and unattractive rides for small age group might mean that the attendance and thus revenue might be lower than last year.
