Relax and take a break for a while. A week or two. Then start studying. Learn from the mistakes you must have committed. Attack your weak areas. Good Luck!!

A little more insight I usually score between 41 and 39 on the verbal section. For some reason I was able to finish the section with 20 mins remaining and can't really imagine where I could have gotten all the questions wrong in verbal. I saw some hard CR questions the sentence correction was alright. Must have bombed the RC?

Yeah, you may have had the adrenaline rush you through the sections and made some careless mistakes. I say take a few days and relax. Then take a week and analyze where you need to improve and knock it out buddy. Good luck!
