by nitinmjh » Thu Nov 11, 2010 11:01 am
Hi

Would appreciate if you can evaluate my chances of getting into some reputed B-school of India or S'pore with a below described profile and what specific colleges will you suggest to apply in the region?

B.E Mechanical from Nirma Inst, A'bad with average of 71%.

Class XII - 75 % and X - 78 %

Total work ex of around 5.5 years. Worked for couple of years with Essar Steel and later started my own small pumps trading firm. Also involved in share trading. Business had to be closed within 3 years.

Ex Acts - Nothing significant

GMAT - 640 (47Q, 31V, 5.5 AWA)

Thanks

Hello,

I'm not quite clear about some aspects of your question. I'm also not closely familiar with all the programs in India and Singapore. However, I wrote an online free mini-course to guide applicants in selecting a solid list of schools to apply to, including how to assess your competitiveness.

Best regards,
