How to improve scores on Verbal?

I had a dismal outing the first time scoring only 20 in verbal. I need 700+ score and for that verbal should be 35+. Any suggestions / books on improving the verbal score drastically.

I used MGMAT and Benchmark and thought they were both pretty good for verbal. Good Luck bud!
