Given: X is multiple of 6 and Y is multiple of 14. Now for XY to be multiple of 105, it must be a multiple of 3, 5 and 7. As X is a multiple of 6 (= 2*3) and Y is a multiple of 14 (= 2*7), XY is already a multiple of 3 and 7. Only thing missing is 5.

Statement 1: X is multiple of 9.
Doesn't provide any new information. 5 may or may not be present in X or Y.

Not sufficient.

Statement 2: Y is a multiple of 25.
We got the missing element 5!
Thus, XY is multiple of 105.

Sufficient.

The correct answer is B.
