2nd try - 640 ( Q48, V30): Please evaluate my profile

I scored 640 ( Q48, V30) on the GMAT today. Verbal got me down. I actually found the Verbal to be much much harder then my practice tests. SCs were the only questions that I was comfortable with and I was always falling short on time.

7 years in IT - all in the United States.
MS Computer Science ( CGPA = 3.34)
BS Computer Science ( average credentials).

I just wanted to request if my profile is competitive for the following schools:

1) Stern Part Time MBA.
2) Georgetown Part Time MBA.
3) Univ. of Maryland Part Time MBA.
4) Carnegie Mellon - Part time MBA.
