I bought the MGMAT 2007 edition and noticed on page 123 the OG question reference to VIC's is missing? Is this correct? Or indeed there are no Data Sufficiency Problems for VIC's in OG nor Quantitative Review? Or is there a page 124 that was never printed?

The VIC technique refers to plugging variables into the answer choices and working the problem through as an arithmetic problem instead of an algebra problem.

Data sufficiency problems don't have variables in the answer choices. There may be variables in the statements, and you can sometimes try numbers to see whether you can answer the question asked, but that isn't the same thing as VIC - VIC is turning an algebra problem into an arithmetic problem and, for that, you need variables in the answer choices. :)
