Stopwatch timer with xls

Hi does anyone have a stopwatch on his PC which will allow one to snap times from the stopwatch to an excel sheet.
If u start the time and stop it afte 1 mint, the stopwatch should be able to capture the time and copy it to any xls that you want or some particular doc
