I am currently preparing my application to the UBC Sauder School of Business MBA program. For the resume section, every article I have ever seen with advice about an MBA admissions Resume, has said, keep it brief and make it one page only. However, on the UBC website is asks people to use the resume format they provide and they say specifically "As the content and format of resumes widely vary, we have provided a Sample Resume to assist you in composing yours for application to the UBC MBA Program. Please follow our directions and format. Your resume can either be entered directly on the application or attached."
The issue is that their format is 2 pages, and I had emailed about length and they said that the resume can be more than two pages and they responded by saying "we require applicants to list all of their previous work experiences, full-time and post-graduate work experiences being the most important ones. It is to your judgement what experiences and extracurricular activities you would like to include for our admissions committee to review."
here is their sample format:

so, does anyone have any suggestions? should I keep it to two pages? should I really include every job I have ever had? what kind of other things are relevant and what are not?
