Application to US or France, current scenario ?

I wanted to if doing MBA in the US in fall 2011 is the right time?...considering the current scenario in US and also the job scene is pretty bad....so what chance does an international student hold passing out in 2013 as it is quite a risky affair.

Also, I want to pursue a career in luxury marketing, how good is US for the same??.....or must I go to France to study and then to work in US ?
