Hi,

I am just wondering if the emails regarding the prizes have already been sent out? I have not yet received any emal so I am a little bit concerned.

It might be possible that the email was sent to my older email (as listed on facebook) that I no longer have access to ever since I graduated instead of my current email of.

I was told in my earlier post that my new email has already been updated to the email list so I should be getting the email.

Can you please check if my email was updated correctly or it is just that emails about the prizes have not been sent out?

I am facing the same problem...I have redeemed my prize (BTG Premium Questions) but haven't received the email containing login details...my user id is dc302.

I received an email saying that I have won a prize (woohoo! thanks BTG) but havent received email with login details and how to share this on FB. Can you please advise? I won the Premium access.

Hi, we're in the process of getting the books shipped to us. Once we receive the books, we'll be able to ship them out. I'll send out a separate email requesting mailing addresses from the winners of the books later today. Thanks for your patience!

Dear Dana, please advise how much time (roughly) will you need to distribute passwords to Preparation Questions for the week 2 winners?
