Hi!
I am experiencing technical problems with both the Kaplan CD (which came with the Kaplan Premier 2011 book I bought) and the supplementary online tests.
1) CD
I could install the program but not start it. It says that my audio drivers are supposedly not correctly installed, which is nonsense.
Can it be that the problem occurs because of Windows 7? Anyway I'd appreciate any piece of advice that would help me get the program running.
2) online tests
I registered the book online. Now from what I understand, I can use the CATs on the CT in an online format as well. However, no matter which browser I use, when I try to start the daignostics test and click on dismiss directions, nothings happens. Just nothing, no error notification, simply nothing. What's up with that?
