Teratomas are unusual forms of cancer because they are composed of tissues such as tooth and bone not normally found in the organ in which the tumor appears.

A.
B. because they are composed of tissues like tooth and bone that are
C. because they are composed of tissues, like tooth and bone, tissues
D. in that their composition, tissues such as tooth and bone, is
E. in that they are composed of tissues such as tooth and bone, tissues

When you use "like" you are excluding the thing that follows. When you mean to include the following element you need "such as". For example, saying "I would love to visit a city like Paris" means you want to find someplace that is like Paris and go there, not to Paris. If you want to go to Paris you say you want to visit a city such as Paris.

I chose B.
As Tani said, we can eliminate B and C. So I made a wrong choice.
OA is E.

B excludes Tooth and bone,but isnt B grammatically right?
Even A is not the right answer why is E the rigth answer

The teratomas are unusual forms of cancer not because they are composed of tissues such as tooth and bone but because the tissues such as tooth and bone ( or like tooth and bone) are not normally found in the organ in which the tumor appears.

WHAT I AM SAYING IS THAT not normally found in the organ in which the tumor appears. is an essential modifier.
If we end the sentence in
Teratomas are unusual forms of cancer because they are composed of tissues such as tooth and bone
The meaning remains incomplete
