B. In converting harvested trees into wood products may reduce harvest

C. Of converting harvested trees into wood products may reduce harvest
rates, it will stimulate demand by increasing supply and lowering prices,
which boosts.

E. When harvested trees are converted into wood products may reduce

OA is B but i think it should be A since the only possible antecedent for it is increased efficiency.
and increased supply and lowering prices both boost the demand so use of which is inappropriate.

Answer choice "A" is wrong because the "it" after the comma can't refer to "improved efficiency in converting harvested trees....".

"improved efficiency" doesn't stimulate demand, the act of "converting harvested trees" does.
