1) A. C and D are out as they suggest that the atmosphere is affecting.E wrongly uses "as". A is clearer version as compared to B.I also feel B is slightly wordy.
2) C .Employs "such as" and "remains" properly.

First let us understand the logic in this question. What effects global climate? The ocean or the atmosphere or the interaction between the two? As stated in the non-underlined part of the sentence it is the interactions.
Thus A is a winner.
B - wordy due to the 'with"
C - makes reference to 'atmosphere' effecting the global climate, hence meaning changed
D - Same as above
E - meaning change

Second sentence, to introduce examples use "such as". Thus C and D remain. What remains / remain strong? The market which is singular hence
choose C.
Also the commas in D are unnecessary.

Hope this helps!

To the curious, in the first question, choice A effectively uses something called a resumptive modifier. - interactions that effect global climate

Resumptive modifier is a type of appositive which repeats a key noun (in our case, interactions), verb, or adjective and then resumes the line of thought, elaborating on what went before.
