I'd go with B.

Use of correct idiom in the sentence - "as wide of" is wrong. Should be "as wide as". Leaves with option B and E.

Next check for parallel structure in option B - "..figures show as wide.." vs option E - "..showing as wide..". Option B sounds is structurally correct with "..Blacks generally are aware ..."
