Please evaluate my profile

Score: 680 (48Q,35V) taken only once

Experience: 3 years full time and 3 years part time. Worked for two years as project manager and as Team lead.

GPA: 4.0/4.0 in Under grad (Btech electrical engineering). Topped one of the universities in india. Was awarded gold medal.
3.98/4.0 in grad (MS in Electrical Engineering)

Universities aiming for
1. Kellogg school of management (Part time)
2. Booth school of management (part time)
3. ISB (Full time)
4. Harvard Business school (Full time)
5. Stanford Business School (Full time)

Thanks for your post. Given the information you've shared, it's a bit difficult for me to fully evaluate your profile, however, I can offer you some advice. Your GMAT is a bit below the average for others with similar backgrounds in the applicant pool and is also below average for most of the schools on your list. In order to compensate for this you'll need to do a lot of research on each program and assemble top notch essays and recommendations. Given you've taken the GMAT just once, I encourage you to consider taking it again with a goal to score 700+ as this could certainly help boost your profile.
