Low Gmat 660 :( - Please evaluate my profile

Hi,

My profile is as follows:
Nationality: Indian
GMAT (660) - Q44, V38, AWA 5.5
Total Work Ex - 5.5 years
International Ex - 3.5 years (based in Singapore - US based MNC)
GRAD GPA - 3.2/4.0
Industry - IT
Awards/Recognition at both current/previous employers

Education:
Grad: BCA
Post-Grad: MS(IT)

Extra - Curriculars:
- Fund-Raising in India/Singapore
- Involved in sports . Helped setup the badminton / Video-Gamers club in office
- Runners-up in Cricket Tournament in previous company
- Organized cultural events during grad/post-grad

Even though I am in IT, I have been working in the Software Localization industry for the last 5 years.
Does this make my profile a bit different?

The schools I am applying to / have already applied are:
- ISB
- SAID
- Judge
- NUS
- NTU
- Cranfield

My dream school is ISB. Please let me know what you think.
Also, could you suggest some other 1-year programs based on my profile.

Dear los_aspirantes,

Your decisions will greatly depend on how well you put together your entire application package. Your GMAT is low relative to other applicants with similar education and experience, so you will need to make a compelling reason to be offered a seat in the class. If you can find a way to positively stand out from the applicant pool and make the admissions committee see you are a valuable addition, then you have a chance.

Thanks for your reply Lisa. I am currently contemplating on writing the GMAT again.
