is (4*x)/(100*60)=k where k integer, or is x/(1500)=k

(1) (30*x)/(100*5)=a where a is an integer, (3x/50)=a, it means that x is multiple of 50, insufficient

(2) 7x/60=integer, so x is multiple of 60 insufficient

both x is multiple of LCM(50,60) or x is multiple of 300, but not sure that x is multiple of 1500,also insufficient
my pick for E
