Dear Pdgmat2010,

Based on the information posted, you have the foundation for a competitive application. The only potential weakness I see is your extra-curriculars as it does not appear you have been involved in much since college. Whether or not your application is competitive is different from your profile, however, as that depends on how well you write your essays and resume, how strong your recommendations are, and how you perform in your interviews. Your education and experience are highly represented in the applicant pool, so you will need to find a way to distinguish yourself from the many applicants who look similar to you on paper. Likewise, you need to present a solid rationale for an MBA in relation to your past experience and future career goals. The more you can show you have a defined plan for how to achieve your career goals and the MBA is a necessary step in that plan, the more attractive you will be as an applicant.
