Texas Arlington, Cleveland State or Middle Tennessee?

I've found out three universities to my acceptable criteria & cost preference for MS in Accounting. My future plan to become a CPA.

1) Cleveland state university
2) Middle Tennessee State University
3) University of Texas at Arlington

Now, my question is which university will be best among the list for a better accounting study & will have a better profession.

I am not familiar with MS in Accounting programs. We focus on MBA consulting. Your fellow forum members may have some insight to contribute however.
