Question for Official Transcript for Part time MBA Applicati

Dear All
I am applying part time MBA for next spring and I have one question regarding transcript of undergraduate.

I have requested transcripts from two undergraduates that I attended and one can send to NYU directly and the other can send either to me or NYU.
My concern is if the transcripts are sent to NYU from the undergraduate colleges separately, will NYU recognize the transcripts as mine since there are a lot of applications received?
I think I have to send all the application package includes transcripts to NYU once I prepare all of them but just want to confirm.

If NYU is ok with you sending all the transcripts together, then you probably should do that. But do check with the school. Some schools do not allow that. Also, if you go this route, make sure the transcripts are sealed and have an official stamp, espcially if coming from a non-U.S. institution.

As for your transcripts getting lost, the schools generally do a great job of matching up the documents with the applicant's records on the file. The issue comes when the documents are sent to wrong departments - there can then be major delays.
