Where do I find the challenge questions?

Hi
I notice that there are always some posts that deal with verbal/quant challenge questions on this forum from manhattan/kaplan/knewton etc... But those dates are always old.. How/where can I find the daily questions? Is there an automatic email for these and where can I sign up? Thanks

u can go to respective websites and sign for it
i did it for manhattan
