Guys - is there an correlation between these two tests - GMATPrep and MGMAT?

I was consistently scoring more than 650 on MGMAT and took GMAT Prep 2 today for first time and got only 600???

My test is on Monday the 9th and I have no clue what to do now....I was happy with 650+ score as my target is around 650.

What I found that MGMAT's quant is more difficult than GMAT Preps's quant and GMAT Prep's Verbal is very difficult than MGMAT's verbal. What is your observation???

I scored 640 on GMAT Prep (3 days ago) and 650 on MGMAT (today).

I think the Quants on MGMAT is harder then GMAT prep (however I score better on the MGMAT style)

I got V35 on GMAT prep and V32 on MGMAT.

My only advise would be to review the GMAT prep test, thats pretty much it.

Good Luck on Monday... mine is on Tuesday

I scored 680 on MGMAT on July 31 and 720 yesterday on GMAC Practice... on the other hand on July 25 I scored only 620 on MGMAT against a 690 I got three days before on GMAC. I think concentration plays an important role here.

I think you just had a bad day, I wouldn't worry about it... maybe you didn't concentrate or something... I would just put it behind me and concentrate for the big day tomorrow.

So if I finish all 6 MGMAT CAT, it is not advisable to purchase any more MGMAT CAT. Please suggest.

SC is easier on MGMAT. MGMAT RC & CR are convulted especially RC IMO .. I find the GMATprep RC & CR much easier! The best part about MGMAT verbal is that it helps builds stamina for the real thing. CR & SC are long (much like the real test) and require a lots of concentration.

I think.....mgmat tests are way tougher than the gmat prep tests...especially questions from probability and modulus are quite tough.....gmat prep is a better way to judge ur performance....

Quants-

Manhattan - hardest and different stylistic (tho good to practice for speed)
GMAT Prep - medium
GMAT - "medium" or "easiest" - if you employ good strategy.

Verbal-

Manhattan - medium
GMAT Prep - hardest
GMAT - "easiest" of the 3

RC - shorter on GMAT ... I saw at least 2 RC passages with 4 questions. Mahattan RC is strickly 3 questions per passage.
