Yes Even I think the answer should be D unless there is some typo in the answer choices.

Here are the values
a) 1/(3^2)(5^2)
b) 2/(3^2)(5^2)
c) 7/(3^3)(5^2) = 7/(3^2)(5^2)(3) = 2.3/(3^2)(5^2)
d) 45/(3^3)(5^3) = 3/(3^2)(5^2)
e) 75/(3^4)(5^3) = 1.6/(3^2)(5^2)

From this you can see that choice D has the highest value. Please Let me know if this is not correct.
