What are my chances? Retake?

I'm debating to see if I should retake my GMAT to get into Pepperdine (part-time) w/ my profile below.

What do you think??

GMAT: 540
GPA: 3.1
BA: Psychology
Minor: Business management
Ethnicity: Asian-American
Gender: Female
Work experience: 3 years in Human Resources
