windows and shalves

A store bought Q windows for $150 per window and W shalves for $75 per shalves. What is the total price of the windows and the shalves?

2. Q + w/2 = 12

The cost of window is twice more than the cost of shalve

(2) the total price is always same ($1800)
possible outcome (1,22) (2,20) (3, 18 )...so on
If you purchase 1 more window, you would give up 2 shalves, which means that the totoal price is same since the window costs twice more than the shalves.

I solved it like this

stmt 1: w? INSUFF

stmt2: Q + w/2 = 12

we need to find 150Q + 75W

i.e 75(2Q +W)

so if Q + w/2 =12

then 2Q + w =24
