Col A :Twice an odd integer greater than 6
Col B :Three times an odd integer greater than 2


A. The quantity on Col A
B. The quantity on Col B
C. Both are equal
D. The relationship cannot be determined without further information

This doesn't look like a GMAT question.. can you pls confirm the question is correct and posted in full?

Twice an odd integer greater than 6 is 14 at minimum and three times an odd integer greater than 2 is 9 at minimum. Column A is greater in case we were to deal with the minimum values, but greater than 2 or 6 could be any odd integer even bigger than what we could assume.
