My analysis:

"Evidence THAT XX THAT...." is INCORRECT. So, A is out.

"Evidence of + NOUN (+Modifier(s))" is correct, but "Evidence + Of + Clause" is not correct. So, C, D, and E are out.

Answer is B.

A is out coz it says exploding and it could have caused.
B says Exploded

A : there is no main verb here.

B : correct

C : it seems that the moon exploded. [full moon exploding ]

D : it seems that Astronomers exploded. (comma + ing modifier -> modifies to the clause)

E : it seems that moon exploded not star. [ that is near to moon ]

I think you should rule out A because of wrong tense....exploding should be actually exploded as that in B.
