Amit

your profile presents several challenges. While your poor academic record is balanced with a high GMAT, what concerns me most is your stated probability of "average" recommendations. Top schools want super-achievers who have tackled an increasingly responsible career track. With fewer than the average number of years experience under your belt for your target schools, you will need to show progression and advancement with glowing recommendations vs. your peers at work. See my posting on 'how to stand out as and Indian applicant' posting on my page for tips. Your application pool is a deep one, so you should be prepared to wow them with your application package.
