It's possible that sales of fruit juices and caffeine-free beverages can increase without an accompanying decrease in the sale of coffee. No information is provided that makes us believe that the sales of coffee and juice/caffeine-free are inversely related.

Of all the options E is best as it cites an additional factor that may explain a decrease in coffee consumption in the last decade.
