I dont see problem with A
other change the meaning
GMAT score is equally counted as your GPA and 78 clicks can change you life.

should be A

Correct idiom is preferred to perfect parallelism.
Both A and C are parallel, but A is with wrong idiom LIKELY IN.
Even though A has better parallel structure than C. Maybe this is to lure us.

C gives perfect idiom LIKELY TO
