A. Due to jobs employing... This is absurd as jobs would not be "employing"

B. This reverses the intended sequence of events, in which the employment led to the domination. "being dominated" is wordy.

C. Wordy usage of "having been"

D. "Had dominated" - past perfect is unnecessary and wordy here. The clause starting with "when" is awkwardly placed after "economy".

E. gmat_perfect! "with" correctly indicates the fact that this high employment led to the domination. No tense errors.
