Hi,

yesterday I gave the MGMAT test and was very disappointed with my performance. One thing I noticed was I was having way too much problem with the math section. It was very difficult compared to the OG standard.

Can someone tell me some good book or share a document with good math problems?

Hi,

If you find the MGMAT problems very difficult, then you are probably not familiar with Math concepts. How good are you in math basics? If you are struggling, go with MGMAT quant guides (5 books). You will find them really useful.

Then practice with MGMAT tests and OG. After finishing a MGMAT test, diligently review all explanations given by MGMAT and find takeaways from them. Add those takeaways to your flashcards. You will definitely improve from then on. Good luck!

Nowadays, children are very likely to avoid STEM subjects. I don't understand why they do so. Besides parents, online tutors are best persons to encourage students to give attention to such subjects. There are several online tutoring services available to help students across grades for a very nominal cost. Some of them specialize in STEM subjects, for instance, tutorteddy.com. Students with difficulties in math or science can try it.

The Kaplan GMAT course has an excellent math refresher component that covers all aspects of GMAT math. They also publish a GMAT math workbook that is available online or at most major bookstores. Either one of these will help you solidify the basic skills needed to tackle GMAT math problems.
