In this sentence Called is an appostive as it is moidifier that refers back only to the opening which is calle the taste pore....Am I right?

Sentence is blue is wrong - use of 'has'...make it a run on sentence. Secondly, "called the taste pore" is appositive for taste bud.
sentence in red also appears wrong, though use of 'has' appropriate here, "called..pore" referent is ambiguous...seems to modify "opening/projections". Also "located at the top of taste bud" positioned as if "taste pore is located at the top of taste bud"
