Improving Verbal Skills Over Long Term

by SM2010 » Tue Jun 22, 2010 2:09 pm
Hi. I was wondering what people recommend as to how one can improve their verbal skills generally, and not just for the GMAT. What sort of articles or books are most beneficial to improve reading comprehension etc...

A few have noted before that magazines such as Scientific American are good. I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions?

Thanks..

there are basically 6 to 7 kind of variation in topic as far as reading comprehension is concerned
it depends on your taste if you are science grads science article will be interesting for you but at the same time any legal article it mite not interest you but the lawyer will think differently
so to improve your RC you should basically try to make yourself comfortable in topic which dont interest you
