B) ambiguous 'it'
D) 'which' wrongly modifies New York City
E) Lacks parallelism

Hello Kevin..could you take this up and clarify what everyone is missing. We still dont know the OA. i would go with B, as it sounds more logical than any other option. in C, the last line, on the canal the move. D n E are out of the equation for me.
