Take the test at the time of day when you are most alert and focused.

For me, this was the morning. I tend to get lethargic after lunch...

I haven't taken mine yet but purposely signed up for a morning time just so other goings-on from the day wouldn't distract me and make me lose focus immediately prior to the exam. I guess you could try and use the morning before an afternoon time to cram last-minute, but that would probably stress you out more than help you.

Agree with Eric - it's important to know at what time of day YOU work best. And that's the time you should schedule the test. :)

Agreed, it depends on you. I personally am more alert in the afternoon if I've had a high protein lunch like a tuna sandwich, but I'm groggy in the morning no matter what I eat!

Well, when I took the test in the morning I did not do very well, and the new date is in the afternoon, so if I want that date I have no choice. I am fine in the afternoon, of coutse as long as I don't eat pasta or something like that :D . Also I was thinking that why I can sleep late and that will help me to be more alert. I am not planning to work that day. :D

It also seems like a good idea to take your practice tests around the same time of day that you will take the actual test.

This falls in line with the idea of simulating the actual test environment as much as possible.
