The workers in a factory were surveyed on two merits, how many children they have and how many of those factory workers are illiterate. Following is a brief report of survey:

# of children~~~~~# of workers~~~~~# of illiterates

~~~~1~~~~~~~~~~~40~~~~~~~~~~~~15
~~~~2~~~~~~~~~~~60~~~~~~~~~~~~25

~~~~3~~~~~~~~~~~35~~~~~~~~~~~~20
~~~~4~~~~~~~~~~~40~~~~~~~~~~~~20

~~~~5~~~~~~~~~~~15~~~~~~~~~~~~10
~~~~6~~~~~~~~~~~10~~~~~~~~~~~~5

What is the number of literate workers with 3 or more children?
(A) 30
(B) 35
(C) 40
(D) 45
(E) 50
