GPA Blues :( All those beers don't seem a good idea now

So I am sitting here thinking about my fraternity days and shaking my head ....

Oh well (sigh) .. will just spit it out. What do you guys think, which schools do I have a reasonable chance at given my not so stellar GPA.

So here is my quick profile

Age: 34
Work Experience after grad school: 6 yrs
Undergrad G.P.A: A Mind blowing 2.2
Grad GPA: 3.95
GMAT: 710
Background: US citizen (Indo/Pak Ancestry)

I don't know what I was doing in my undergrad, no excuses really, was a bum back then. Begged and clawed my way into a state school for a 2 years Masters (M.P.A). Have had a good steady job since then, been promoted twice (Director level now).

All said and done, I am not satisfied with where I am. I work in the public health sector but really want to to move into the pharmaceutical and/or health insurance industry. Talked with a few executives in Glaxo/Eli Lilly/Cigna etc and all suggested getting an MBA from a top 10 school.

Do I have a realistic chance at any top 10 school ? If not then just be brutal and say so as (I would appreciate that) as have no one else to blame but myself.

Top 10 might be a bit misleading as the only schools I am really interested are (don't laugh)

In my opinion.. you 100% have a chance at a top 10 school the only thing I can point out that might "hurt" you is your age.

You've been out of undergrad for quite some time so they would put more emphasis on your GMAT score and you Graduate GPA, which were both great. A 3.95 GPA in post grad work will negate your undergraduate GPA. What do you think is more indicative of your capabilities now? Your GPA when you were 18-22 or your GPA after that and your GMAT score within the last 5 years? Don't worry about your undergrad gpa... just focus on the "Why MBA" question because people will want to know your answer to that question at this point in your life.
