Just wanted to know whether Princeton tests are worth giving ?? Are they close to actual GMAT?

It depends on what you're looking for. Technically, if you are looking for a practice test that is like the real thing, the only tests you can take are the GMAT Prep CATs, but if you want a practice test that will allow you to practice on the concepts that the GMAT covers then the Princeton Review tests are adequate.
