Lets take this one by one.

A. Use of while is unclear here. I mean, leaking while causing pollution is wordy. There can be a better way I suppose.

B. Use of IT. What caused pollution? Leakage or oil barge itself. Ignore it.
C. Looks clean. Oild barge ran agorund off and its cargo leaked, resulting its pollution, clearly conveys that the leakage was the reason for pollution.

D. ignore. Wrong construction
E. SO...that is not required. Ignore
