Hi fellow GMAT takers,

I am planning to retake the GMAT (2nd try) this July, and I would like to emphasize math review. What are the best available math review material out there? I realize many people might have already asked this. So feel free to link me to previous posts. Thanks.

By the way, just a little background. I took the GMAT last July (V44 Q44, AWA6.0, 710). I know my scores are solid for most schools, but barely average for the top programs. I applied to several top programs but got dinged. I'd like to improve all aspects of my candidacy for next year (or the year after), including a better GMAT score (with an emphasis on math improvement; 44 is a great verbal score, but 44 in quant is barely in the 69th percentile).

Thanks again for any help provided.

If you haven't gone through these already, I would recommend going through the Manhattan GMAT math guides. They are really great at teaching the material. If money isn't a concern of yours, I would recommend buying the Veritas book set. They do a great job of providing you with a plethera of GMAT style questions. I think doing the problems from their math guides will give you a very clear understanding about what you don't understand rather than a general sense of what topic gives you trouble. Let me know if you have any more questions.
