Should B Schools reduce their Tution in Economic downturn?

Hi All,
Read the article MBA Intern Hiring Is Slow to Recover at businessweek.

I was thinking why should the B Schools not reduce their tution.
I dont know by how much , but should there not be a correlation between the salaries being offered now and ROI on the investment at b Schools.
