First off Congrats!! My suggestion is pick the school where with the living environment that suits you best. Meaning if you like a big city then go to Toronto smaller then maybe Maryland etc.... Remember your going to be living there for two years.... Purely academic i think Maryland is the most respected program..

Just my 2 cents good luck on your journey.

Congratulations on being admitted to great schools!
My experience is a bit different, but may have some relevance to your situation.I cannot say anything about Toronto, never researched it. But last summer I got admitted to Maryland and GW. The significant difference is that I was applying to part-time program. Therefore, the main reasons I chose GW over Maryland are not quite applicable to you situation, but still.
First advice, if you live in DC area by all means attend all their welcoming events that you are going to get invitations to from prospective schools. Also, make arrangements to attend live classes in each school.
For me personally, attending an Open House at GWSB at the end of April -a whole day event, not just a 2-hour information session, which I had attended before- was a turning point when I decided that this program was more than just a backup school for my original first choice of Maryland. That Open House was specifically for Professional MBA program. If they have something like this for Global MBA this year, I recommend to attend it. Do the same for Maryland, and evaluate your experiences.
As for class visits, it was also an important decision juncture for me: attend, soak in, evaluate the professor, even if you never going to get his/her particular class, it will give you some idea of the overall level of instruction. Interact with students, ask questions. Evaluate the class environment, class interactions, students caliber. See who you would like to be associated for the next two years and probably network in your post-MBA career.
Hopefully this will give you some pointers.
