Dear Astarte,

R3 is a tough round as the number of seats available is significantly less than in R1 when all the seats were available. Nevertheless, a competitive applicant is a competitive applicant and you might still have a shot at one of the remaining seats with a stellar application package. Based on the limited information in your post, you have the foundation for a competitive application to HBS with your GMAT, TOEFL, and work experience. You can always apply and see what happens--just be sure to submit the strongest possible application to give yourself the best chance.

Good luck,
Lisa
